Whaaa I've been overflowing with watchers and favorites, you guys are so kind, thank you for all the support!!! Here is some sailor moon fan art, I love love love Lolita,  so I thought lets do a drawing with miss moon in a Lolita outfit! I'm still practicing with backgrounds I know it's still a little sloppy, I'll keep working on it. I think I might try to draw the other scouts in Lolita, can't make any promises but i will give it a shot.
